You can sell your templates on a fixed price one time, or get a percentage from the sales.

The requirements to start creating and selling your templates are:

Excelent knowledge of html and css;
Basic knowledge of javascript;
Excelent knowledge of smarty;

Once your account is approved you can sell as many templates as you wish.
